"Customer/You/Your" – an individual who consents to place an order for any of the services listed on the website
Terms & Conditions of Service
We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions and prices at any time and without prior notice.
(Please note that the terms and conditions set out below only apply to the services advertised directly on the website www.conceptcv.co.uk and are not applicable to any other associated websites of the company or our third party partners).
Language
All documents are produced in United Kingdom English. If you require a document t be produced in United States English then please ensure that our consultants are aware of this at the time of booking.
Indemnity
By using this service you agree to indemnify and hold ConceptCV free from any losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from use of products and services and advice offered via the website or any printed material originally produced by ConceptCV. Indemnity extends to any breach of the terms and conditions, or uploading/downloading/reproduction of contents/data from this site or any third party site or any other online service.
Fees
All fees must be paid in full in advance. ConceptCV retains the right not to start work on any of your documents until payment in full for the services required has been received. We also reserve the right not to release any draft documents until we have received notification of cleared payment.
PayPal
ConceptCV uses the secure and reputable PayPal website and virtual terminal in order to process payment for services. Use of PayPal via the website to pay for your goods and services is done so strictly at your own risk. ConceptCV accepts no responsibility for any misuse of your Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account or other means of payment arising as a result of using this service. Please see PayPal's own terms and conditions as described on their website.
Information Submitted by You
We will use information supplied by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) to aid the process of providing advice on CV writing and having a professional CV or other documentation written by ConceptCV.
We will usually assign a third party expert consultant to you to help us provide our bespoke CV writing service, this involves us amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available such information to the expert consultant in order to provide a quality service. Please note that all third party expert consultants have agreed to our terms and conditions and should they be found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, they will have their contract terminated with immediate effect.
We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree that on occasion, ConceptCV may send you information relating to our products and services, or offers from third party suppliers and partners of ConceptCV that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information you may unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by using the link available with any such correspondence.
Your Obligations When Submitting Information To Us
You warrant that the information submitted to us does not contain false or defamatory material, or that which infringes the copyright, trademark rights and intellectual rights of third parties or submit any information likely to damage ConceptCV.
ConceptCV cannot be held liable for any criminal proceedings which arise as a result of false or misleading information being included in your CV or any other documents prepared by ConceptCV.
Telephone Consultations
All telephone consultations will be conducted using a fixed UK landline or Skype service. If you are unable to provide a suitable UK contact number then you will be required to contact us on telephone number supplied to you in order to conduct your consultation, or agree to pay a charge as reimbursement for the cost of the outgoing telephone call.
Completion of Professional CV Writing Service
You will be emailed a draft copy of your completed CV, between five and seven days following your consultation. If your telephone consultation is conducted outside of business hours, then the 5-7 working days will be calculated from the next business day, following your consultation. All CVs will be formatted in Microsoft Word unless otherwise agreed at the time of consultation. If you want to convert your CV into another format then you will do so at your own risk.
Any amendments made by you following the receipt of your new CV that have been made without prior agreement, will result in no further work being undertaken or guarantees being upheld.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Whilst we do not guarantee under any circumstances that you will receive an offer of employment or interview resulting from purchase and completion of the services provided by ConceptCV, all documents produced by us are covered by the customer satisfaction guarantee, which states that: ConceptCV will amend your documents following your instruction for a period of seven days following the completion date.
Upon receipt of your draft document you should notify us in writing (email notification is acceptable) of any changes required. Amendments to your draft document should be submitted to ConceptCV within seven days of receipt of the draft document. During this period we will revise your draft document to your satisfaction until you have accepted the final draft. Should you wish to change any details after acceptance of the final draft then additional charges may apply.
If no communication is received from you after seven days regarding amendments to your draft document, ConceptCV will use the information we hold about you to prepare your final document. The document will be dispatched and the order deemed closed.
Electronic Copies of Documents
Whilst every attempt is made to check electronic documentation for viruses and bugs it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is adequately protected from viruses and bugs as we cannot take responsibility for any computer compatibility issues you may experience with your individual pc.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once work has commenced on your order following your telephone consultation it cannot be cancelled. However, we recognise clients can have a change of circumstance and therefore offer a cancellation and refund policy after your booking has been made with one of our expert consultants and prior to the date of your actual consultation. Our refund policy as below balances the cost of our administration, cancellation of consultants diary and any research work that may have been undertaken, prior to a booking:
If you cancel*:
- Up to 7 working days prior to your telephone consultation: 5% will be deducted from the refund
- Up to 4 working days prior to your telephone consultation: 25% will be deducted from the refund.
- Up to 2 working days prior to your telephone consultation: 50% will be deducted from the refund.
- Cancellation on the day of your Appointed Consultation 90% will be deducted from the refund.
Complaints
Should you find it necessary to make a complaint about any aspect of our services, please initially raise this by telephone +44(0)870 0434829, calls charged at national rate or email succeed@conceptcv.co.uk with our offices so that steps can be immediately taken to rectify the situation. Alternatively, or if the result is not satisfactory you should submit your complaint in writing to ConceptCV, 2 Marquis Villas, 37 Trench Road, Trench, Telford, TF2 6NU where your query will be dealt with promptly.
